| Superlift Titan:
Gearless Boatlift |
|
Perhaps the Superlift Titan should be called a "Yacht-Lift"due
to the size of the vessel it is capable of elevating. These
are the strongest, fastest and most powerful lifts manufactured.
The Superlift Titan is no upgrade of smaller boat lifts -
it's designed as an industrially rated lift. No expense has
been spared to insure its reliability.

Large vessels are difficult to hold
in position and lift speed is vital to lifting
yachts. Superlifts do not use the outdated technology
of high friction worm gears in their power heads
- gears that lessen needed power to raise boats
and slow down lifting speeds. Quality Boat Lifts
uses large cycloidal power transmissions with
rotating eccentrics sealed in an oil bath. Like
chains they have many contact points to spread
the lifting load. Equally important, the Superlift
Titan is highly efficient and this high efficiency
enables the Superlift Titan to attain lift speeds
about three times that of gear drives. Available
in 38 ton, 50 ton and 70 ton sizes.

Limp
Cable is used in the Superlift Titan. This cable is finer
strands and is designed to operate in pulleys and to
be wound around drums. For this reason it has increased
life in a boat lift application.
