The Excelift Series boat lift is specifically designed using efficient mechanics to allow battery powered operation. Power is provided by a single 12V sealed lead acid battery that allows multiple lifts for a single battery charge cycle. A solar panel and solar charge controller are provided to maintain the charge in the battery under daylight conditions. This design is great for secluded areas and long docks where normal AC power/wiring is not available or cost prohibitive.
