These piling mounted lifts are popular in the mid Atlantic
region, and they are gaining favor elsewhere:
Cable hung platform supported at each piling
Winders are attached
to the side of a piling and cables run through
the lifting beams to the opposite piling
No beams obstructing entry
into the boat
We manufacture a new unique zero maintenance beamless
lift in 1, 3 and 4 piling models. They are extraordinarily
efficient, making it possible to lift a 5 ton vessel
with the poser available from a 110-volt, 20 amp
household circuit.
EXCELIFT
it's all in our name...
The patent pending Excelift
is QUALITY's newest line of high efficiency beamless
boat lifts, developed to provide our customers with
higher drive efficiency and lower overall cost.
Efficient low amp technology: all Excelifts
use one horsepower or less to operate.
Excelifts operate from a standard 110-volt,
20 amp household electrical outlet, even using
a 100-foot extension cord.
Lifts boats up to three times faster than
any other lift in its class.
Larger winders reduce wear and extend cable
life.
Cable keepers make snarled cables a thing
of the past.
Low retail pricing and high operating efficiency
add up to exceptional value.
In most cases Excelifts can be installed without
the expense of an electrician.
Easy, low cost "Plug and Play" installation.
10 Year Structural Warranty.
Available models
Excelift products are available in three designs:
Two motor - four piling
Single motor - three piling
Single motor - single piling
Excelifts run longer, require less
maintenance, are less costly to install.
PWC Lift
EXCELIFT 1.0K
EXCELIFT 10.0K-3
Like its four post brother, the Excelift
10.0K-3 will operate from a standard, 110-volt
household circuit. 10.0K-3 is recommended
for most 10,000# boats. It differs in that
it operates with one motor instead of two,
and it installs on three pilings. The Excelift
10.0K-3 is also beamless.
Excelift 10.0K-3 is exceptionally competitive.
Not only is the lift priced lower and the
electrical installation less expensive,
but it requires one piling fewer than four
post models.
Although usable
in all installations, the three piling lift
may be the only option for homeowners of pie
shaped, canal-end lots which often have small
waterfronts. With the drive head outboard,
the lift fits well into the triangular mooring
spaces.

EXCELIFT 10.0k-4
This unique, first-of-its-kind boatlift
will elevate a 10,000-pound boat at three
feet per minute when plugged into a standard
110-volt, 20-amp household circuit. These
lifts may be priced lower than the traditional
shafted beam rivals, but their quality and
performance are far greater. Because they
are beamless, there is no upper beam to
inhibit access to your boat.
In addition to the competitive price of
Quality's four piling model, there are also
significant savings on electrical installation
costs.
Standard Features: On Excelift 10.0K-3 and 10.0K-4
Models
Large Winders
This means less maintenance. Under
normal operating conditions, the cables
should last many times longer than
that traditionally used.
Roller Cable Keepers
The Excelift 10.0K-3 and 10.0K-4 use
grooved cable winders with rollers
to firmly press the cable against
the winder.
Permanently Lubricated Drive
System
All rotating parts, including the
motor, are contained in a weather
resistant housing where they stay
properly lubricated and resist oxidation.
This "zero maintenance"
technology makes Excelift the most
user friendly boat lift on the market.
Permanently Lubricated
Pulley Bearings
The bearings in our sheaves
are permanently lubricated for
worry-free operation.
Corrosion Resistant Materials
All components exposed to the
elements are manufactured from
6061-T6 aluminum or stainless
steel.
Patented Wedge Lock Cable
Tie Offs
These cable tie offs make height
adjustments easy.
Positive Drive
Power is transferred from the motor
through the entire transmission without
belt slippage. Chains, the traditional
choice for heavy-duty power transmission,
are used instead of spur or worm gearing.
